This role assigns read authorization for documents with a specified status.

To use this composite role:

1. Maintain the activity Document Status (SOLMAN_DOC_STATUS) in the Document Management, in the IMG (transaction SPRO).

2. Assign the role to the user.

   You only see the documents for which you have made the appropriate settings in the IMG activity. If there are several versions of the documents, the system only shows the contents of the last version. Attributes can always be displayed.
