Specify the business processes.
Procedure
1. Select the check Business Process
2. Flag the business process steps which you want to set-up, in the Details column in the Core Business Processes tab.
3. Enter the system client (ifR/3) in the Client column.
4. The Step Type (SAP Engl. terminology) column in the Process Steps tab shows which business process steps you want to monitor.
5. You can adjust the SAP terminology to your requirements, in the Step Name (Customer Terminology) column.
6. You can enter the person who is responsible for the business process, in the Business Process Champion tab.
7. Save your entries.
8. You can flag the months in which the greatest load for this step occurs, in the Seasons/Peak Month tab.
9. Save your entries.
10. Specify the times at which the business process is to be available, from the possible entries help in the Process Availability tab.
You can also specify your own availability times.
11. Save your entries.
You can flag individual or all steps as performed:
§ one step
i. Choose Done.
§ all steps
§ ...
§ ...
ii. Choose Set „Done“ (w/o saving).
iii. Save.
