Structure

Solution Overview

The solution overview shows all active solutions.

Operations Setup

The Operations Setup area gives you access to the contents and functions which you need to set-up the systems and business processes of your solution.

Each category has several subsections:

· Solution Landscape (to maintain your solution landscape, e.g. logical components, solution settings, projects)

· Solution Monitoring (to configure your monitoring functions)

· Best Practices

Operations

The Operations area gives you access to the contents and functions which you need to perform management and monitoring tasks in your solution.

The Operations area provides objects in the various categories (e.g. Solution Monitoring, Service Desk), which are assigned to your solution (e.g. services, documents and graphics).

Each category has several subsections:

· Solution Monitoring (sessions to monitor your systems and business processes)

· Solution Reporting

· Change Management

· Service Desk

· Delivery of SAP Services

· Continuous Improvement (Issue Tracking)
