The second part of the process to share a SAP NetWeaver Portal's certificate with an SAP backend system is to upload it into the SAP system. This is done by logging on to the SAP system and then starting transaction strustsso2 and using the option to import a cerificate. After that, an ACL must be created with the SID and client of the SAP NetWeaver Portal. These are normally the SID of the AS Java and 000, but they can be changed through UME settings.
