You need this setting for Calling Content from SAP BW in the Portal.

Prerequisites
A prerequisite for importing the portal certificate into the BW system is a previous export of the portal certificate in the portal. For more information about the export of the portal certificate into the
Procedure
1. Choose the menu command Certificate ® Import in the transaction STRUSTSS02 and import the file PORTAL_SID>_certificate.crt in binary format.
2. In order to adopt the certificate into the SSO access control list (ACL), in the menu, choose Edit ® Certificate in ACL.
In the SAP Enterprise Portal 6.0 you can specify the system ID of the portal as the system and the value 000 as the client.
The system ID of the portal is determined when the portal is installed and is included in the file path for the portal: …/
3. In order to adopt the certificate into SSO access control list (ACL), in the menu, choose Edit ® Adopt Certificate.
4. If you want to distribute the settings to multiple application servers, select Distribute in the context menu for the tree on the left side.
There may be a time delay when distributing the certificate. If necessary, check whether the certificate has been successfully distributed.
5. Save your entries.
When changing user management in the portal, it might be necessary to create a new certificate and import it into the BW system. The certificate for the portal is automatically regenerated when restarting the J2EE server. It can then be exported again.

Check
You can check whether the import of the portal certificate was successful by calling a BEx Web application. There should be no password request. See Calling BEx Web Applications from the Enterprise Portal.
