ProcedureDisplay/request SDCCN data inSolution Manager

By default, the the Solution Manager downloads data from satellite systems for monitoring or service at night. You can request the data from the satellite systems manually, e.g. if you have created a session and want to get the data immediately, or the automatic data call did not work.

Note Note

You can see whether the automatic data download from the satellite systems worked or not, in the symbol next to the session, in the transaction SOLUTION_MANAGER · Solution Monitoring · EarlyWatch Alert .

End of the note.

SAP has created a session for the customer, in a service plan. You want to know the customer session number for the SAP session number, e.g. if the automatic data download did not work.
