Which support applications are currently improved in the SAP Support Portal?

SAP is currently combining the existing SAP Notes Search and the creation of customer messages. SAP aims to reduce the message processing time by providing both additional information to the customer and an extended information structure to SAP’s support organization. Additional information can be found in http://service.sap.com/message (SMP login required).

In addition, SAP plans to offer a new application with an improved interface for the user data maintenance in SAP Support Portal.
