You can download the SCM add-on through the SAP Service Marketplace download manager.

Alternately, you can navigate to the add-on manually by going to service.sap.com and following this path:

SAP Support Portal (or Quick Link to Software Downloads) -> SAP Support Packages -> Entry By Application Group -> SAP Application Components -> SAP SCM ES.
