What is Service Level Reporting?

Service Level Reporting helps customers lower their Total Cost of Ownership by providing important performance data and recommendations on how to solve any problems that are found. With Service Level Reporting, customers can define their own service level agreements and report on how well these are fulfilled. This function is based on the data collected by SAP EarlyWatch Alert, which is collected from the satellite systems in their solution landscape.

Like SAP EarlyWatch Alert reports, Service Level reports are created automatically but can combine the data from multiple systems belonging to one solution landscape. Service Level reports can be adjusted to monitor the performance and availability of individual business processes, systems, and other components maintained in the SAP Solution Manager with individually-tailored alert thresholds.
